A Few More Postcards

did you know Georgia's state song is Georgia on my mind? well it is! and did you know that the state flower is a cherokee rose? And Georgia has a funny nickname: The Empire state of the South. The state bird is a brown thrasher. That's a funny word to say: Thrasher.

We also got a postcard from Louisiana. It is from St. Francisville. Did you know that St. Francisville is the second oldest incorporated town in Louisiana? The card has pictures of big, old houses and buildings that look like they are brand new.

We got two postcards from St. Augustine. we've been to St. Augustine! Our friend wrote that the ghost tours are fun. I asked my dad if we could do a ghost tour in St. augustine and he gave me my own ghost tour and I got scared.
