hello! we got three more postcards today! two from Tallahassee and one from Gainesville! i bet you're in the mood for some manatee facts. Manatees are grown gray and black and are 3-4 feet long. Wow, that's a lot. I'm four feet long, too. They grow to ten feet long and change to gray/brown color. Wow! Manatee adults eat 100 pounds of marine grasses every day. Woah! They swim 3 to 5 miles per hour. They live in Florida waters from November to March. I have only seen a manatee at Sea World.
as you know Tallahassee is the capitol of Florida. i learned about the Spanish moss.
